Leadership Atmore helps city
Leadership Atmore is a great program for the city. By recruiting citizens to take part in this program, it helps bring the city together in several ways.
First, it allows you to meet fellow residents of Atmore. By meeting other members of the community we are able to form a bond. This bond creates unity in the city, and if someone is in need of a helping hand, it is easier to find someone to help.
Second, it helps bring more to the city. The projects used by Leadership Atmore are helpful in improving the quality of the City of Atmore. With each class of Leadership creating a different project to aid the city, it helps bring more businesses and visitors.
Third, Leadership Atmore brings more to the established businesses. With each business selecting an employee to be a part of the fun that is Leadership Atmore there can be ideas created to help these businesses thrive.
Lastly, Leadership helps the individual that is taking part in the experience. Anyone that takes the time to participate in Leadership Atmore gains valuable ideals needed for the city. That person can learn the history of the city, the industries of Atmore, what it means to be a citizen of Atmore and how to get along with other residents.
The newly selected Class of 2009 should take this chance and enjoy the friendships that will be made and the values that will be instilled in them over the next nine months.
