The 63rd annual Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce Banquet will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5 in the YMCA building.
According to Executive Director Sheryl Vickery, the banquet serves as a multi-purpose event.
Newly instated Chamber President Cindy Lee said she, as well as the Chamber, is excited about the event.
Vickery said she is especially looking forward to the entertainment at this year’s event.
Vickery said besides the amount of talent the production has, they were glad to bring in local entertainment.
Lee too remarked that they are pleased to be showcasing local talent.
Besides Lee, the new chamber officers are Lisa Reynolds, vice president and Cereal Daniel, treasurer.
The event usually draws a crowd of more than 200 people and tickets will be available for purchase until 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2. It will be catered by What’s Cookin’.
