CENTURY, Fla. – Louise Blum Kane, age 75 of Century, Fla. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009. Mrs. Kane was a member for many years of the American Legion Post 240. She enjoyed playing Bingo, her friends, family, and life itself.
Her husband, Thomas Kane, brothers, Earl Blum &Doug Dover, and sister, Barbara Butler, all preceded her in death.
Survivors include her children, Randle Parson (Jacqueline) and Earl “Skip” Tarbes (Linda); grandchildren, Jennifer Parson, Henry “Rusty” Tarbes (Kim) and Tammy Tarbes; four great grandchildren, James, Kristina, Morgan and Jena; two brothers, Albert Blum (Faye) and Larry Blum; two sisters, Carolyn Small (Bill) and Paulette Dover; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan.31, 2009 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home in Pensacola. Interment will followed at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers were her nephews. The family received friends at Faith Chapel from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday.
