FLOMATON - The Rev. Ervie Lee Blair, 68, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at a Santa Rosa County hospital.
Rev. Blair was a native of Appleton, a resident of Flomaton for the past 30 years and attended the Gospel Light Temple.
Survivors include, his wife of 40 years, Florence Blair of Flomaton; two sons, Daniel Lee and Rachel Blair of Evergreen and Randall Lewis Blair of Flomaton; his daughter, Esther Marie Blair of Aberdeen, Md.; 8 grandchildren; two brothers, Bill Blair of Robinsonville and Wayne Blair of Opp and two sisters, Martha Ann West of Wallace and Wanda Faye Blair of Appleton.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, April 29, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Frankie Bell officiating.
Burial will follow at Cooper cemetery. Visitation was held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Larry Little, Jesse Blair, Jason Covan, Paul Hasting, Clay Blair and Donnie Macks.
