Henderson leads PCI Gold

In a showdown of Poarch-sponsored teams, PCI Gold put up some big numbers as they easily defeated PCI Gray 37-5 in Cal Ripken Minor League action Monday night at Tom Byrne Park.
PCI Gold scored at will with Justin Henderson leading the way with two home runs, two singles and four runs scored. Austin Williams joined Henderson with a four-hit performance after reaching base on four singles. Williams also scored three runs.
Caleb Armentor, Jaylon Daughtry, Tyler Sells and Jacob Harrison each finished the night with three hits. Armentor was a home run shy of the cycle with a triple, double and single; Daughtry slapped a double and two singles and Sells and Harrison had three singles each.
Also contributing in the win were Jason Davis, Brennon Rolin, Wyatt Rutherford, Dakota Rolin and Tanner Jackson who each hit two singles. Thunder Jackson finished the game with a double and two runs scored.
Jeff Wilson led PCI Gray with a 2-for-2 performance including a double, single, RBI and two runs scored. Bailey Bass finished with a triple, RBI and run scored and Luke Martin added a single and one run scored.

Delarrian Poole finished a perfect 3-for-3 at the dish with a double, two singles and three runs scored to lead the Alto Products Braves to an 11-8 Minor League victory over the Kirk Insurance Agency Tigers Monday.
Outfielder Jadon Torres and second baseman Jared Gibbs also had good performances at the plate as both finished 2-for-3 in the win. Torres slapped a double and a single and crossed home plate twice, while Gibbs reached base on two singles and scored twice.
Outfielders Desmond Dirden and Deonta Stotts each scored one run in the win. Dirden rounded the base path following a home run and Stotts scored on Torres’ double after reaching base with a single.
Shortstop Fredrick Flavors scored two runs.
Jackson Breckenridge and Demetrius Crenshaw both had perfect performances at the plate with three hits each to lead the Tigers. Breckenridge legged out two triples, hit a single and scored once. Crenshaw showed off his speed with one triple, two singles and crossed home plate once.
Infielder Adrian King had a two-hit performance with two singles and one run scored. Shortstop Eric McCaskill finished the evening with a home run and one RBI. Caleb Gregson and Bryant Quimby added one double each. Quimby also scored one run.
Jabe Dawe and Sam Smith both hit singles and scored.
