ATMORE - Alfred Moye Jr. 88, of Atmore died Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at his residence.
He was a retired plumber, born in Escambia County on March 15, 1921 to the late Alfred and Jody Evans Moye Sr.
A son, Douglas Moye; three brothers and sisters preceded him in death.
Survivors include, his wife, Lillian Moye; two sons, Wiley Moye and Robert Earl Moye, all of Atmore and six grandchildren.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2009 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home with Bro. Green officiating. Interment followed in Sardis Baptist cemetery. Family received friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of all arrangements.
