ATMORE - Barbara Ann King was born in Atmore to the late J.C. and Georgia Lawson.
Known as a “Bob Cat” to her family. Mrs. King was a graduate of Escambia County High in Atmore, She moved to Mobile and later was united in marriage with Sgt. James Curtis King and had three children.
The memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 20 ,2009 at Mt. Calvary Primitive Baptist Church located at 1652 Butler St. in Trinity Gardens (Mobile). Viewing will be held Saturday June 20, 2009 and burial services at Whispering Pines cemetery handled by Small’s Mortuary Inc. located in Mobile.
