HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Annie Maude Nabors, 85, of Hattiesburg, Miss. formerly of Bay Minette died Monday, June 22, 2009 at her residence.
She was a seamstress, born on July 12, 1923 in Canoe to the late James H. and Eunice Taylor Bethea.
Her husband, John H. Nabors; a son, J.W. Nabors and two brothers, Winston Bethea and Tillman Bethea, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Ann Bateman and husband, Martin, of Hattiesburg, Miss.; one sister, Pat Robinett of Huntsville; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2009 from the Robinsonville Methodist Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Roberson officiating. Family received friends from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Bay Minette.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of all arrangements.
