Dawn Yoder passed away yesterday morning at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile following injuries sustained from a lightning strike.
Yoder was struck by lightning Monday morning when taking trash out outside of her home.
Yoder's funeral arrangements have been set with visitation Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Mennonite Christian Fellowship at 245 Tennant Drive.
The funeral service will take place Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. at First Assembly of God, Atmore.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Atmore Christian School, 245 Tennant Drive, Atmore, AL 36502.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
