LUCEDALE, Miss. - Mr. Daniel “Danny” Wesley Lewis, 47, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009 at his residence.
Danny was a native of Atmore, former resident of Mobile and a resident of Lucedale, Miss. for the past six years. He was a Coreman in the United States Navy, Master Gas Fitter and Plumber. He was also a loving father.
Survivors include, two sons, Kyle Wesley Lewis of Mobile and Seth Donovan Lewis of Mobile; a daughter Della “DeDe” Lewis of Lucedale, Miss.; brother, Mark Lewis of Augusta, Ga.; five sisters, Ava Moye of Bay Minette, Debra Emrich of Mobile, Rhonda Treadaway of Warrenville, S.C., Karen Crall of New Philadelphia, Ohio and Ce Ce Bartley of Garysville and two grandchildren, Robert McClure and Miranda McClure.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, Aug. 8, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Cardwell officiating. Visitation was held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Moyeville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Myrick, Billy Moye, Roy Migues, Mark McClure, Bud Robert and Don Melvin.
