Finishing strong is the focus for the Escambia County Blue Devils as they prepare for their final game of the season.
The Blue Devils (2-7, 2-5) travel to Robersdale this week to take on the Robertsdale Golden Bears (1-8, 0-6).
The Blue Devils have played some of their best football in their last two games against Citronelle and St. Paul’s.
Blue Devils Head Coach Kyle Davis said the focus of this week is continue to carry momentum.
With strong play coming from the Blue Devils, a change has been seen with the team.
Davis said the players have approached the last games with a new focus.
Robertsdale has been a common opponent for the Blue Devils in recent years.
Davis said after seeing them so much it is easier to scheme for the Golden Bears.
The Blue Devils and Gold Bears kickoff Friday at 7 p.m.
