ATMORE - Ronald K. Bryan Sr. of Atmore, formerly of Walnut Hill, Fla., died Sunday Oct. 25, 2009 in Atmore.
He was a chemical operator at Monsanto, born in Bratt, Fla. on Jan. 23, 1939 to the late M.O. and Letha S. Murph Bryan. He was a member of the Pine Forest Assembly of God Church in Pensacola, Fla.
Survivors are his wife, Annie Ruth Bryan of Atmore; two sons, Kenny Bryan and wife Krista of Walnut Hill, Fla. and Keith Bryan of Bratt, Fla.; two daughters, Cheryl Vernnell and husband John of Marianna, Fla. and Elaine Holk and husband Billy of Bratt, Fla.; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 1, 2009 from Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with son, Keith Bryan, officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Baptist Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be John Vernnell, Clifford West, Billy Holk, Kenny Bryan, Trent Natcher and Jason Merrifield.
Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Hospice 1023 Douglas Ave., Suite 204, Brewton, AL 36426.
