Tougher laws are needed for animals
Why doesn’t Escambia County have stiffer consequences for people that have vicious dogs?
What legal actions does an animal owner have when one of their pets are viciously attacked and have to be euthanized? I suppose when it happens to a person more will be done. However, an attack on an animal is a precursor to a human attack. Imminent danger exists for anyone that comes in contact with a dog of this nature.
