URIAH - Mrs. Carol Joyce Gulsby, 57, of Uriah died Dec. 4, 2009 at her home in Uriah.
Mrs. Gulsby, a resident of Uriah, graduated from J.U. Blacksher High School. She worked with Liberty National as an agent for many years.
Her parents, J.B. Curry and Carrie Christine Curry and her sister, Mary Ann Curry, preceded her in death.
Survivors include son, J.B. (Vicki) Gulsby of Uriah; daughter, Nicky Gulsby of Uriah; brother, Donald Wayne Curry and five grandchildren, Noel Gulsby, Alex Sims, Hayden Sims, Haley Gulsby and Heather Gulsby, all of Uriah
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today, Dec. 9, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Uriah with the Rev. Wayne McMillan and the Rev. Mark Whittington officiating. Interment will follow in Uriah Cemetery.
Visitation was held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009 at the Funeral Home.
