The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals issued a 5-0 decision to uphold the capital murder conviction and death sentence of Christopher Thomas Johnson of Atmore.
Johnson was convicted of beating his six-month-old son, Elias Ocean Johnson, to death on Feb. 20, 2005.
