BONNY FERRY, Idaho - Phyllis J. Harms Unruh Justus, 80, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010 in Huntsville.
She was a homemaker born in Ithaca, Mich. on July 20, 1929 to the late Harry H. and Gladys Caldwall Harms.
She was a member of the Mennonite Church.
Her husbands, Roy Kenneth Unruh and Edmund Justus and one brother, Marshall Harms, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Gale Unruh of Fountain Run, Ky. and Roger Unruh of Honey Grove, Texas; two daughters, Diane Redger of Lakin, Kan. and Denise Faircloth of Albertville; three brothers, Lowell Harms of Davisville, Fla., Dale and Don Harms, both of Montezuma, Kan.; three sisters, Ruth Benner of Goshen, Ind., Dorothy Johnson of Faunsdale and Thelma Boeckner of Walnut Hill, Fla.; 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 22, 2010 from the Walnut Hill Mennonite Church with the Rev. Carlos Koehn officiating. Interment followed in the Walnut Hill Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers were Shane Redger, Alex Redger, Stuart Unruh, Aden Unruh, Mark Unruh and Fred Unruh. Family received friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 21, 2010 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of all arrangements.
