PCI Chiefs edge White Sox 11-8

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians Chiefs pulled away from the State Farm White Sox in the final inning to pick up an 11-8 win in Cal Ripken Minor League action Monday at Tom Byrne Park.

The Chiefs and White Sox battled throughout the game with the White Sox coming back and tying the game at eight in the top of the sixth.

The Chiefs took advantage of their strong time at the plate scoring three runs to pick up the win 11-8 as Bailey Bass, Chance James and Colton Peebles all scored runs.

Cardinals 4

Warriors 2

The Atmore Vision Center Cardinals broke a tie in the bottom of the sixth to pick up a 4-2 win over the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Warriors Monday in Cal Ripken Minor League action at Tom Byrne Park.

The Cardinals scored first putting two runs on the scoreboard in the bottom of the fourth with Edward Williams and Jared Gibbs scoring.

The Warriors tied the game at two in the top of the sixth with Jaylon Daughtry and Tanner Jackson scoring.

Jaden Torres and Williams scored the winning runs for the Cardinals in the bottom of the sixth.
