10-year-old All-Stars fall in tourney

Atmore’s 10-year-old Cal Ripken All-Stars were defeated in all three games of the District 6 tournament last weekend at Grand Bay.
Atmore was defeated by Grand Bay 8-5 on June 27; shutout 9-0 by Semmes on June 26 and routed 17-0 by Tillmans Corner on June 26.
The team consisted of Delarrian Poole, Jared Gibbs, Tyler Wilson, Jamaya Frye, Evan Tatum, Freddrick Flavors, JaBryce Hooks, LaShaun Robinson, Josh Booker, Eric McCaskill and Demetrius Crenshaw.
