This spring, Wind Creek Atmore is adding a Topgolf Swing Suite and a laser tag fun center to its family entertainment center, according to officials.
The two additions are expected to open in Spring 2020.
Laser tag is a popular outlet and play can take place across all age groups. The indoor play area will offer role-play-style games and competitive sporting events including tactical and precision game configurations, according to a release. Infrared beams are fired at infrared-sensitive target vests worn by players.
Topgolf Swing Suite is a social experience offering guests a comfy lounge to play and enjoy fantastic food and beverage service. With a massive screen and a selection of exciting virtual games, the Topgolf Swing Suite delivers a one-of-a-kind simulation that’s fun for golfers and non-golfers alike.
Tim Ramer, property manager for WCA, said, “The Sound venue at the Family Entertainment Center will be remodeled to house a Topgolf Swing Suite and Laser Tag fun center. Families are a priority for us; the more entertainment options we can offer, allows Wind Creek to be a complete entertainment destination. We are happy to be able to offer this to the families in Atmore, Escambia County and all surrounding counties.”
