“The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver, Mark Boutwell, 21, of Little River,” McMann said. “During the interaction between Boutwell and the officer, Boutwell handed the officer a bag (allegedly) containing a glass pipe and approximately 1.2 grams of a crystal-like substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Upon searching the vehicle, the officer discovered a plastic baggie containing .8 grams of a green leafy substance that field tested positive for marijuana.”
