Santa on a Fire Truck event will be held week of Dec. 11

Santa Claus will be making his way through the city of Atmore during the annual Santa on a Fire Truck event, which will be held Dec. 11-12 and 14-15.
Fire Chief Ronald Peebles said Santa will hit each quadrant of the city during the event. Highways 21 and 31 divide the quadrants.
Peebles said Santa will be in the northeast quadrant on Dec. 11; the northwest quadrant on Dec. 12; the southeast quadrant on Dec. 14; and the southwest quadrant on Dec. 15.
Peebles said the event will last from 5-8 each night.
