BRATT, Fla. - Reginald Lamar Godwin, 46, of Bratt, Fla. died Friday, Jan. 1, 2010 in Pensacola, Fla.
He was born on June 26, 1963 in Atmore to Hilery L. and Eula Ramer Godwin. Reggie was a friend to all, he will be greatly missed.
His father, Hilery L. Godwin, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Eula and Loyd Lynn of Atmore; two sisters, Rhonda Weaver of Bratt, Fla. and Cathy Scott and husband, Christopher, of Walnut Hill, Fla.; two brothers, Jeffery Godwin and Lamont Godwin and wife, Kim, all of Bratt, Fla.; eight nieces; two nephews, two great nieces and four great nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010 from Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Hudson officiating. Interment followed in Godwin Cemetery in Bratt, Fla.
Family received friends from 1 p.m. until service time Sunday, Jan. 3, 2010 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers were Paul Lee, Steve Hanks, Lloyd Albritton, Austin Cooper, Jamie Ramer, Johnnie Ramer, Jimmie Ramer and Troy Ramer.
