Mrs. Mary Frances Rose, 64, of East Brewton, died Thursday, July 26, 2001, in Pensacola.
She was a homemaker.
She was born in Escambia County, Fla., on March 27, 1937, to the late Jesse and Gertrude Neilson Guy.
Rose was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Guy.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Robert "Bob" Rose of East Brewton; six sons, Kenny Rose of St. Petersburg, Fla., Ronnie Rose of Atmore, Bill Rose, Charles Rose and Steven Rose, all of East Brewton, and John Rose of Brewton; two daughters, Deborah Kirk of Flomaton, and Alice Grantham of East Brewton; one brother, James Guy of Excel; two sisters, Ellen Kautzer and Betty Nelson, both of Pensacola; 20 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services were held Monday, July 30, 2001, at Walnut Hill Assembly of God, with Bro. Lavon Lindsey officiating.
Burial was in Walnut Hill Baptist Cemetery.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
