Mrs. Pauline Etheridge Byrd, 82, of Atmore died Monday, November 26, 2001.
She was a retired seamstress and native of Escambia County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert B. Byrd.
Mrs. Byrd is survived by two sons, Ronnie Byrd of Sims and Randy Byrd of Prattville; two daughters, Becky Brown of Atmore and Roslyn Rainville of Fort Walton, Fla.; four brothers, Aubrey Etheridge of Pensacola, Orville Etheridge of Huntsville, Marshall Etheridge of Mobile and Eubie Etheridge of Huxford; a sister, Dimple Fore of Atmore; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 28 at 2 p.m. at Pine Level Primitive Baptist Church with Bro. Burl Phillips officiating.
Burial followed at Pine Level Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Keith Garrett, Billy Byrd, Bill Etheridge, Jimmy Booth, David Glass and Barry Etheridge.
The family requests donations be made to Pine Level Cemetery Fund in lieu of flowers.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements..
